General description
Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days after receiving your product. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable products such as frozen foods, flowers, delicate foods and meats cannot be returned due to the exchange or return policy.
If you have any problem receiving your product, remember that you must:
• Take a photo of your product.
• Do not modify or alter its packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please return your purchase to the manufacturer ONLY AFTER HAVING COMMUNICATION WITH COLLECTAFOODS CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift had the order shipped to give to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift and you’ll find out about your return.
